 The City of Friendswood’s Economic Development Office is located in City Hall and has programs and tools to encourage business development in the city. Individuals are urged to discover and access incentive programs and outreach initiatives the city offers such as –
- Municipal grants;
- Property tax abatement;
- Tax increment financing;
- Freeport Tax Exemption; and
- Development Review
In addition to the programs and tools provided above, the city’s Economic Development Office can provide useful information on available properties, demographics, and business incentives at local and state levels.
